Having problems? Video Help:
More often than not, its the browser you're using which either prevents you from seeing QuickTime video or makes viewing the videos problematic. Firefox is highly recommended while visiting this web site. Also, Opera, Safari, or Chrome work really well for viewing QuickTime video. All four of these browsers work on both PC and Mac. Windows Internet Explorer (IE) and AOL browsers are not recommended.
If you're running a Windows operating system and you're having trouble viewing the videos it may be as simple as visiting Microsoft's main web site to make sure your operating system is properly updated. If you're still running Windows XP, it needs to be updated with Service Pack 2 or later.
You'll need the LATEST Version of Quicktime's free player installed on your hard drive. You can get it or update it here.
Be sure that your QuickTime player is set as the default player for all video and streaming video (you may have another media player which is currently set a the default) You can make these adjustments by opening up QuickTime's "QuickTime preferences" and checking all the boxes for making it the default player
Finally, you may want to clear your browser's cache and/or re-boot your computer.
